All treatments are to be paid in advance.

Payment is to be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer (please contact the clinic for account information). We do not accept large cash payments (>5000 SEK).  

Medication costs are subsidized for patients covered by the Swedish healthcare system and currently cost 2300 SEK/year (2019). Patients not covered by the Swedish healthcare system will need to pay full costs for medications.

All treatments are to be paid in advance.

*For fresh treatments where egg retreival has been performed but no embryo transfer can be done due to circumstances such as no fertilization or poor embryo development, half of the sum will be refunded. It the same happens a second time, nothing will be refunded. For packages, certain conditions apply.

Replacement of frozen/thawed embryos must be paid in advance. Should the embryos not survive the thawing process the full amount will be refunded.

**Initial cost for freezing surplus embryos is also charged for packages and in case of a "freeze all".  Storage of frozen embryos is included during the first year. Thereafter, you will receive a bill for embryo storage cost annually for each treatment occasion embryos were frozen, regardless of the number of embryos frozen at that time.
For embryos frozen January 2014 - January 2018 the cost is 1000 SEK annually.
For embryos frozen February 2018 or later the cost is 1500 SEK annually.
After 2020-01-01 we reserve the right to alter the cost for storage of frozen embryos, oocytes and sperm.

***To qualify for a package, you must meet certain criteria.  The following requirements must be satisfied:

• The woman must be under 35 or 39 years old before the start of the first treatment. We also offer a separate package with a higher fee for women between 39-41 years of age (i.e. below 42) who meet the same conditions below.
• The couple must have at least an average chance of becoming pregnant and having a child.
• The woman’s BMI must be under 30 kg/m2.
• A recent AMH must be higher than 1 µg/l.
• The couple must not have undergone more than 3 IVF treatments previously (med fresh embryo transfers or max five transfers total including frozen/thawed embryos) which have not led to a child.
• Operative extraction of sperm from testicle or epididymis is not needed.
• Other conditions which reduce pregnancy chances do not exist.

The package includes up to totally 3 stimulated IVF or ICSI treatments plus one frozen/thaw cycle if a frozen embryo is obtained.  Two frozen/thaw cycles can replace one stimulated cycle. The treatment series is completed when a child is born. All treatments must be completed within 18 months.

You do not need a referral from another doctor to visit us regardless of where you live in Sweden.

Please note that after 2019-05-17 we do not accept "frikort".

If you do not come or if you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours ahead you will be charged a full fee.
